Why I recommend it

I've worked in professional kitchens for more than 20 years. In 2022 I cooked weekly meals for Jeremy's 8-Week clients, following his plan week by week. The food is simple and whole, and I'd serve it at any table.

Jeremy is your coach. I'm here as your guide, to help you get started and make sure you feel looked after the whole way.

How the 8-Week Program works

Whole food, one layer at a time

You learn what to eat and why, you check in every week, and you keep what works.

01

Pick how much help you want

Both plans use the same 8 weeks and the same real food. Choose Jeremy every week (Full) or Jeremy at key points (Light).

02

Add one new layer each week

Week 1 is fruits and vegetables only, and more food than you expect. Then proteins, starches, healthy fats, movement, grains, stress and sleep come in one at a time.

03

Check in and post your plates

Do your weekly check-in, talk with Jeremy one-on-one by phone or video, and post your plates in The Real Food Room, our online community.

04

Measure at Week 8, check in at Week 12

You measure at the end of Week 8. Four weeks later, you remeasure to see how it held once nobody was telling you what to do.

Good questions

Before you start

Have a question about your health and the program?

Ask Jeremy before you sign up: [email protected]

Do I have to count calories?

No. You eat whole foods, and in Week 1 you eat more than you expect.

Do I need supplements?

No. Supplements are never required, and they're never part of the start. If one could help later on, Jeremy will talk it through with you.

Is it all online?

Yes. Your calls, plan and recipes are all online, so you can do it from anywhere in the US. Your calls are with Jeremy, one-on-one, by phone or video.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

Your plan, recipes and handouts are in your client portal. With Full and Light, we also check in and remeasure at Week 12.
